F.A.Q

F.A.Q

Are your candles non-toxic and safe to use indoors?

Yes, all of our candles are phthalate-free and made without harmful additives. They're safe for use in your home when used as directed.

How strong is the fragrance in your candles?

We formulate our candles for an optimal hot and cold throw, providing a rich but balanced scent experience that fills your space without being overpowering.

How should I care for my candle for the best burn?

Always trim your wick to 1/4" before each burn, let the wax melt to the edge of the jar on the first burn, and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Can your candle jars be reused or recycled?

Yes! Once the candle is finished, clean out any remaining wax and reuse the jar for storage, décor, or recycling.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working on expanding internationally in the near future.

I can’t smell my candle!

Don’t worry — it’s totally normal at first! You won’t notice the full fragrance until your candle forms a complete melt pool (when the melted wax reaches the edges of the jar). Once that happens, the scent should begin to fill your space. If you’re still not getting a good throw after that, please reach out — we’ll be happy to help or make it right.

Why is my wick mushrooming or curling?

A mushrooming wick is usually from the wick not being trimmed before lighting. Always trim your wick to about 1/4" before each burn to prevent soot, uneven flames, or that little mushroom shape at the tip. It helps your candle burn cleaner and last longer!

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size, but our standard jars burn approximately 40–50 hours with proper wick care and burning practices.
